The pressure can be so great that it could even affect digestion. The British School of Osteopathy has noted Irritable Bowel Syndrome and constipation as a result of ill-fitting bras constricting the digestive process by putting pressure on the diaphragm.' Well, I don't think I'll be doing without my bra! Any comments from the men on board - do YOU think your bras are too tight? Seriously, I'm sure it would affect some people but I don't feel somehow that it's a eureka kind of moment for me LOL sarah -------------------- Sarah Looking for inspiration... Since being on the diet I've lost 1.25 stones in weight, so it fits perfectly now!!!
