Welcome.. We are all here and support each other being here has changed me for the better .. I follow the diet strictly and my life has changed for the better. I had not had a bad attack in 6 months Last night was my first since being stable. It was my fault thought I ate stuff I shouldn't have and took a supplement that I shouldn't have..
