It's better to keep something moving through your system than no food. Snack on french or sourdough bread, pretzels, bananas. I hardly go anywhere, including work or church without some kind of snack, and munch a little bit constantly. Even if you have to sneak some food from a desk, purse, or breifcase keep something in your system.
