It's pretty hard to tolerate a salad since it's a lot of IF and the dressing is usually a lot of oil. If you want to make a safe salad, try using as much SF veggies in it as you can (see Heather's list of SF foods). For dressing, try to use as little oil as possible, get low-fat dressings.
