Bio	Diagnosed with IBS about 6 years ago. Thanks to helpful books (including Heather's, of course) and a lot of painful trial and error, I now manage to keep my symptoms in remission most of the time. However, I've had so much stress this year that I've been suffering a major flare-up for the past two months.
