i am a divorced 35-year old female with a six-year old daughter. i live in northeast ohio and was diagnosed with IBS with constipation in 2005 but given no instructions. big surprise. it's progressed to the point i need help from those who have been through it. i am also gluten intolerant (but not celiac, thankfully). for someone who is a carb freak, this is quite disconcerting any words of wisdom from those in the same boat? thanks!
