I'm IBS-D and have been probably since I was in my late teens. It seemed to be triggered by stress until recently when it became chronic. Since reading Heather's book, "Eating for I.B.S." I've incorporated most of the tips into my diet and made some of the recipes. I've done pretty well so far. I'm determined to gain control over the IBS and live a normal life.
