I'm so tired of having to go to the local ER for pain meds, and rehydration. I have found that using a heating pad has "helped" somewhat. I also had a severe case of food poisoning 3 years ago. I was at home for 3 days before seeking treatment, thus, delaying getting rid of the nasties.
