During the last few years the IBS has been really bad due to extreme stress. Doctors were not much help. Thankfully I now have both of Heather's books and everything has changed. I've been on the diet since Jan. 2004 and my IBS is under control, except for a few stress delated attacks. I have learned over the years where I can cheat on the diet and where I can't.
