I am 29 years old (soon to be 30!) and was diagnosed with IBS on Sept. 9th, 2002. I had been suffering with diarrhea on a daily basis since March and had always had a "touchy" digestive system. I started on Heather's Diet on Sept 29th and saw immediate improvement. So much so that now I don't even feel that I have it. Hopefully this trend continues as my Husband and I feel we are getting our life back!!
