Diagnosed 2006. Was treated for h Pilori in 2002. I had a hard time with the diet in the beginning, but adding in fish made a difference as did a ton of meal planning. I also did the hypnosis series & gradually, I found that I could back off the strict diet with occassional decaf coffee, dairy, higher fat things, vegetables on an empty stomach and more than a super small portion of beans.
