I have a GF grill (the lean mean grilling machine one) but have since lost the recipe book. Does anyone want to share some of their favorite grill recipes?

I'm a boring Foreman griller. I only have one of the tiny ones, so I tend to just throw a burger or two on them, hehe. About as fancy as I ever get is to marinate chicken breasts briefly in a light vinaigrette, then grill.
But if you wanted the IBS-friendly (or easily modified) recipes from the booklet, I can type those up later.  There were only a few. I have the book right here.
Also, if you have a few minutes to poke around in the Recipe Index, you'll probably find some more grill recipes in there, too.

Shirl, I love my GF! Pretty much any marinated chicken cooks up great on it. You can just marinate the chicken in Italian dressing (fat free, of course) and then slap it on if you're short on time. Otherwise here's another favorite of mine:
Orange Marmalade Marinade for Salmon (or Chicken)
