But not all IBSers can eat the same things. Some of us have triggers that when others eat the same thing it does not bother them. You need to know what your triggers are and that will help you know what to get. Also if you look here http://www.helpforibs.com/messageboards/ubbthreads/recipe_index.php there are tons of recipes. Also on the recipe exchange board too.
