She has IBS, so I want to make sure she can eat what I send. I was hoping for some cookies, but since she doesn't like chocolate, I'm having a hard time finding a recipe that sounds good. Can anyone help me out? I already bought soy milk, but didn't think to get dairy-free margarine, so anything that would work within those constraints would be greatly appreciated. If you scroll down, you'll find a listing for cookies: Desserts You could make her some biscotti and give it to her with some IBS safe teas (ginger, chamomile, peppermint, or fennel).
