Good Morning-
I am looking for a cookie recipe that won't trigger me. I am IBS-C & doing much better with Heather's diet & don't want to rock the boat just wingin' it with a traditional cookie recipe.

You should try the biscotti recipie on the list it is amazing! I make mine with bits of candied ginger, I can eat it on an empty stomach as a stabalizer snack, I make half recipies add 1/2 tablespoon of ground ginger, and one big peice of suggared ginger ground up and it's delicious, my fella who is terrified of all my "weird IBS food" will eat them! they remind him of fortune cookies!
