Please don't laugh but how do I get to this recipe index that everyone keeps refering to? I'm looking for those anti depressant brownies.

You might see a post about it as a "sticky note" at the top of the page. If you don't - it probably means your display settings are set to not display really old posts, which is fine - you can also find it this way:
At the top of the page, click the Message Boards link.
Scroll down to the IBS Recipes forum, and read the description... it's linked in there.

hi if you go to the begin of the recipe echange board there it shows the link for the recipe index there under dessert they are awesome i made them last night so good yum!
