If you check the Recipe Index you can find a ton of crockpot recipes. They're in a number of different categories (Soup, Main Dishes, etc.), but they're listed by names that start with "Slow Cooker" so you can find them easily. One I really love is Kree's CrockPot Chicken Stew. I started out with all good intentions, but just didn't end up making either of these recipes this week. I'm still going to try the Cuscus Estivo, but the rice salad is a total no-go - I can't get decent mangoes, and I can't get tahini, sun-dried tomatoes, or soy yogurt at all.
