Can anyone recommend a good dvd that is good for IBS-C? I have been waiting for one to become available on this website, but appears to not be happening. Thanks so much.

I have never seen a DVD dedicated solely to IBS-C. Generally speaking C is managed by increasing the fiber content of ones diet. However, insoluble fiber such as bran from grains, and seeds/skins from fruits and veggies may worsen symptoms. One thing that has been clinically proven to be effective for IBS-C is the addition of ground flaxseed (linseed) to the diet

Hi Jodi,

Have you tried searching the internet, or asking your doctor?

I hope you find what you are looking for SOON!!

--------------------
Originally diagnosed with IBS-C in Spring, 2008. During spring to fall of 2008, had at least 10 acupuncture treatments and Chinese herbs. IBS went into remission. IBS returned in late July 2013 after taking 2 oral contrasts for a CT scan for cancer follow up. Had more acupuncture with different practitioner in summer 2014, but received little benefit.
