I am new here., first day. Is there a list to look up specific foods such as honey or nutritional yeast?

Hey buzzydude,
I am new as well and posting so you message will go back to the top. I am also looking for a "safe" list where I can look up foods.

For the 2 that you specifically asked for, I read a number of posts that seemed to include nutritional yeast and honey as safe foods (including powdered honey).

Here is a list of unsafe foods, the FAQ and the patient handout cheat sheet.

Honey is safe if you are not fructose sensitive.

Good luck
