Hi all, I am new to all of this so I apologize if I am in the wrong place. I just ordered Eating For IBS. I can't wait to get it. Until I do though I sure could use some recipes. I love pasta chicken and fish. I am also dying of chocolate withdrawel. I have been doing this Zone diet and it has my C worse than ever! Any help would be very apreciated. I am so glad I found this!
