Have I ever mentioned I am in the humanities, not math? And I think 1/4 cup is easier to measure than 4 tablespoons.

You know, the only reason I knew was because my boyfriend's mom gave me a measuring scoop thing for Christmas last year that you slide to what amount you want, then measure, and it had one notch for 4 T / 1/4 c, and I was just like, huh, what do you know?...you learn something new every day! And I definitely liked it because it is sooo much easier to measure 1/4 c. than 4 separate T.

...i'm looking in the book now, cause i was going to fix it, and there is no mention of brown sugar at all... am i missing something?
