I love Super Low Fat Pancakes. Better yet, my husband loves them, too. When I first started on the EFI Diet I made them plain and ate them with just maple syrup. Now that I'm pretty stable, I add blueberries or even pecans sometimes and can handle a little non-dairy butter on them.
