I REALLY want to have a make your own pb and j bar, but I have no idea what else to serve with the pb and j.. any ideas?

buy why keep it to PEANUT butter?
Almond, cashew, soy, tahini? There are soooo many kinds of nuts that can be butterized!
(oh, and personally, I'd have a cashew butter and honey sandwhich, on a bagel...so. freaking. GOOD!)
