Hi Shirl, I think Heather recommends getting breads from the bakery, but personally I do fine with packaged white breads, as long as they're dairy-free and low in fat!

If you're near a Stop and Shop store, they carry a specialty bread called Country White that is great (although expensive). It's in a brownish red paper wrapper in the bakery area. Also, in the deli area I find some good sliced Portuguese bread or rolls. For me, the fewer ingredients listed, the better it is for me. Good luck, Dawn

I get one from my store bakery called toasting bread - or English toasting bread. (I shop at WalMart)
