Hello -

On restaurant menus look for low fat, high soluble fiber meals.

For example, think seafood or skinless chicken breasts broiled or baked, with rice or potatoes. At Chinese restaurants, veggie or shrimp dumplings, noodles or rice.

Choose items that are steamed or grilled, resist the fried options and cream sauces.

You are not alone!
