Did you overindulge for Thanksgiving? That's ok, hang in there, here's how to quickly stop IBS attacks.

Go straight to plain white rice and super strong peppermint tea. If if you can't do peppermint due to heartburn or reflux, use fennel tea instead. Boring, yes, but this works like magic to stop attacks fast and get you stable again.

Make sure you brew the teas with jumbo teabags or 1-2 tablespoons of loose tea per mug, for at least 10-15 minutes. Peppermint tea should brew black, fennel tea should brew dark brown.
