This is just one of many hundreds of letters I've received over the past 21 years, from readers, customers, doctors, and more.
It took many years for me, personally, to get a proper IBS diagnosis, and then many more to figure out how to control symptoms. You shouldn't have to go through the pain and suffering that I did.
People talk about that "ah ha" moment when things suddenly make sense, and they are able to take action and finally get their IBS under control. These letters share those stories and experiences as they arrive at that moment, and move on to a life that is healthy and happy.
