Hello -

It's a tradition around many Thanksgiving tables to ask folks what they are thankful for.

Well, I'm thankful that even though IBS has been one of the worst aspects of my life since childhood, it's something I was able to get under control so it didn't ruin my life.

And now, I'm thankful that, quite unexpectedly, I've been able to help a lot of other people get their own IBS under control, so they can have happy, healthy lives.

It took me a long time, a lot of work, and a lot of very painful experience to get the information, knowledge, and help I needed.

I hope that I can give others a shortcut to that success, so they no longer have to live or eat in fear.

Food and cooking have always been one of the great joys of my life, and I think, at least partly, I was able to learn how to manage my IBS because I was always really interested in, and determined to eat, good food.

I needed to be able to eat without fear, and it was that determination that led me down the IBS path.

I am thankful that I have been able to help other people reach that point in their own lives as well.

So here's to a happy Thanksgiving to you and yours - wishing you a wonderful holiday meal that you too can eat without fear!

You are not alone.

P.S. If you have any questions or comments I'd love to hear them - just reply to this email to reach me directly. I am overwhelmed with emails but I try to answer everyone.

To taming your tummy,
