It's "OM Yoga in a Box" by Cyndi Lee, who runs the OM yoga centre in NYC. It's great - she is so cool and funny and a great teacher. You get a CD that split into sections that you can mix and match depending on how much you want to do. And you get corresponding flash cards of the poses. And a music tape if you want to do it without the "class". And a strap and incense. I got mine off a UK website, but I think Amazon.com stocks it. I love it. I really must practice some more!
