How long have you been doing yoga--what level are you--and how long were you doing it when you began to see results? I'm a beginner and I've been doing yoga daily for about a month. It hasn't helped the IBS C yet so much--but it helps me release gas and tension--it's WONDERFUL! I hope you're doing well, take care, and thanks again!!!!
