Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Yoga Nidra Relaxation CD

Hi everyone,

I love Yoga so much and recently bought a yoga nidra relaxation CD. It's great. The focus is on balancing and enhancing the energy flow in the body as a means of quietening the mind and healing the body.

I got interested in Chakra meditation after experiencing it in my Yoga class which is what prompted me to buy this CD.

My only criticism (at first) was that the CD doesn't have any background music (which I'm used to having on the HT C.D's) but that hasn't been a problem.

There are two different programs on the Cd and they deal a lot with breath work. I find it soooo relaxing that I can feel my mind resist coming out of it at the end!

Anyway there is a web address on the back and I'm not sure if you can order there or not (I haven't had time to check) but thought I'd post it for anyone who's interested.
