I'm not the YogaTeacher but I can tell you my experience. I do Pilates 5 days a week. Sometimes more if I've had a stressful day. You do focus on your breathing with Pilates and concentrating on your power house. In fact the very first exercise you start out with each is for focusing on your breathing and concentration. I actually feel better after my work out, even on bad days. It's like getting a second wind, both mentally and physically for me.
