Yoga DVD - Quesiton       06/04/03 04:23 PM Edit Reply Quote suschex Reged: 06/04/03 Posts: 1 Heather ~ Amazon is sold out of the David Swenson Yoga Video. I found four DVDs they have that are by Richard Freeman. Are you familiar with these and could you suggest either the Yoga w/ Richard Freeman: Ashtanga Primary Series DVD or Yoga w/Richard Freeman: An Introduction to Ashtanga Yoga DVD I have done yoga before in fact regularly until about 2 years ago so I do have some experience with yoga. Thank you so much! PS- I just found your book yesterday and this is the FIRST DAY in over a year that I have woken up without gas and bloating and now it is 3:20 in the afternoon and I am not even aware of my gut at all...THANK YOU!!!
