Book recommendation       04/09/11 10:44 AM Edit Reply Quote Gerikat Reged: 06/21/09 Posts: 1285 A nurse friend of mine just turned me on to a great book by a gal named Kris Carr. The name of the book is called Crazy, Sexy, Diet Book. The author has a rare form of cancer and has managed to stay alive for many years now, following an organic, animal-free diet. She has some other books out there that she wrote when she was first diagnosed, but I haven't gotten to those yet, since I just found out about her. She states in her book that she directed a documentary for TLC about her journey. I am going to try to see if I can find that. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
