All artificial sweeteners have the potential to be triggers and should be avoided. I know there's probably a few people who continue to use the stuff anyway, but "avoid them" is the "official" stance on it. Most of us use sugar. If you're concerned about calories, though, you might want to check out stevia at your local health-food store... it's all-natural, and as long as you get *plain* stevia, I believe it's safe.
