I have been looking for soy butter..I assume it exists...just cannot find it in the store...help?...also I wanted to make the clam chowder in Heather's recipe book but I cannot find clam broth is there a sub? oops one other question - before I started this diet I was using the butter spray which has no fat in it - I have not yet tried it while doing this diet - does anyone have a response to that? Is there other ingredients I should be looking for as opposed to it being fat free? I use small amounts of I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray... but some are sensitive to it. I also use butter flavored Pam cooking spray
