One of my mom's favorite desserts is angel food cake with a custard sauce and berries. We can't exactly have custard sauce, but we *can* have vanilla instant pudding made with soy milk! It doesn't get as firm as when you make it with milk anyway, so it would be pretty good as a "sauce" or "frosting" for plain cake, I would think. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
