So I picked up a fat free baking book, and flipping through saw this recipe...I know there's been a few requests for a fat-free crust, so thought I'd throw this variation out there. Strongly recommended for your favorite recipe of fat free cheesecake....mmmmm...
ingredients: 1 1/2 cups no fat added granola 1 Tbs frozen apple juice concentrate 1 Tbs honey 1 eqq white, unbeaten
directions: Preheat oven to 325°F. Grind granola in food processor for 2 minutes. Add juice concentrate, honey and egg white. Process minimally to blend ingredients, approx. 30 seconds.
Press granola mixture over bottom of 9-in nonstick springform pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes at 325°F. Let cool while preparing filling.
