bdiaz... No, it's not just you. I'm exactly the same way. The gas comes mostly after I eat dinner, sometimes even before I get off the chair! I've been trying to figure it out and Heather suggested it might be the vitamin C I take w/dinner, so I cut that out and I still get gas. If I take Benefiber or Citrucel granules I get a ton of gas, but it doesn't seem so bad with the fibercon tabs. I "go" about 4-5 times a day, but just "bupkas". That's Jewish for small round terds...sorry to be so blunt. I feel like a rabbit or a deer, sometimes, cause that's what they do--just little bupkas! Anyway, I stopped the Benefiber and Citrucel and will start with the Fibercon tabs today again. I take meds at dinner (almost the same ones I take at breakfast), and I usually don't get gas during the day, and if I do, it's just here and there...not constant. I am beside myself (and so is my husband).
