What about "All-Whites" (made by Egg Beaters)? If you're craving rice pudding, why not try Heather's recipe on page 79? It's EXCELLENT (and does not call for any eggs)! I substituted raisins for the bananas, and hubby, a rice pudding fanatic, LOVED it. (However, it does not keep well; it turns hard and crusty when refrigerated -- so eat it all up!)
