I am a computer idiot, please forgive me for not doing a search. I baked this last night for the 2nd time. I used 4 zucc's, peeled 3, it still has a bit of an after taste to me. I tried to make sure they were as fresh as possible, though I had to store them in the crisper for about 3 days. Is it me? What can I do to stop this ?
