My novio and I eat our (veggie) "cheese" burgers with homemade sweet potatoe fries. First, we preheat the oven, pre-heat it to 400 deg. F, and stick in a cookie sheet. Then, we peel the potatoes, cut them into the shapes of fries. Next, we remove the cookie sheet, spray it with PAM, through on the "fries," and cover them with a thin layer of PAM, salt, and pepper. Then, we stick them back in the over, shaking the pan occasionally so they don't stick, and removing them when the fries are to our liking. If you want to be really gormet, you can flip the fries over after about 10 or 15 min, but we are pretty lazy. Eat with catsup and mustard -- they are great!
