Cinnamon Glazed Carrots and Yams

1/2 lb carrots, sliced 1/4 " thick
1/2 lb yams, sliced 1/4 " thick
1/3 cup frozen orange juice, thawed
3/4 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in a medium pan and heat over med-high; reduce heat to medium, cover and cook 15-20 minutes, until carrots and yams are tender. Uncover and cook 5 minutes. serve
