1 1/2 lbs fat free ground turkey 1 small zucchini, grated 1 tbsp onion flakes 1 large carrot, peeled and grated 1 tbsp worcestshire sauce 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tsbp low sodium kethcup pepper to taste
Prepare a hot grill and lighlty spray it. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and blend well. Shape into 6 patties and place on hot grill cook 6-8 minutes till no longer pink. Serve on a bun with lettuce, tomato and onions if desired. calories 120 serves 6
