Another one from The far free living cookbook. **Note this a timed overnight recipe**
3/4 cup water 1/3 cup lemon juice 1 tbsp brown sugar 1 tbsp onion powder 1 tbsp vegeatble broth 3/4 tsp allspice 3/4 tsp cinnamon 3/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp thyme 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 2 lbs breasts
Combine water, lemon juice, brown sugar, onion powder, broth,allspice,cinnamon,pepper,thyme and cayenne in blender or porcessor, process till smooth. Reserve 1/2 cup and refrigerate. Place chicken in shallow dish, pour remaining marinade on top, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove chicken from marinade and discard marinade. Grill chicken 6-8 minutes each side turn several times and brush with remaining marinade till cooked. 250 calories serves 4
