I like bleach pop-up wipes when I work with meats.
Anyway boiling marinades is perfectly acceptable and I do it a lot. It needs to be boiled at a good boil for at least one minute.
Also people tend to get funny about meats and brushing on marinades but they forget that they use the same spatula the whole time. Really if food is cooked thoroughly and marinating is stopped a few minutes before eating it is okay.
