Another question about bananas???       07/03/04 02:14 PM Edit Reply Quote jules05 Reged: 11/03/03 Posts: 70 Loc: ON, Canada Hey, this is probably a dumb question but here it is...in a recipe it calls for 1 firm-ripe banana so does this mean the banana should be green, yellow or black? Oh, also not sure about the whole constipating thing. And while on this topic i have another question. If you're IBS-D do u still eat bananas whole? Like not cooked or pureed or anything?
