Marinade for grilled meats or veggies (Makes 1 cup)
This is my favorite marinade! I almost always use it on chicken breasts. Since Kelly informed me that it's okay to have marinades with more oil than we'd usually cook with, I feel safe sharing it! It certainly has never bothered me.
1 Tablespoon brown sugar 1/3 cup sesame oil 1/3 cup soy sauce 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic, crushed and minced finely 1/4 inch fresh ginger, grated black pepper chili pepper flakes (I omit these)
1. Mix all ingredients in a container. 2. Use with your choice of Chicken breasts, Salmon, or veggies like zucchini or mushrooms! 3. Marinade for 2 or more hours. 4. Grill. 5. Enjoy!
