Pad Thai and hot sauce       07/01/04 10:33 AM Edit Reply Quote Sheri01 Reged: 04/19/04 Posts: 1731 Loc: New Jersey Question for all cooks- I recently bought pad thai rice noodles and there was a reipe to make pad thai on the back. One of the ingredients is hot sauce. That is all it says, is hot sauce. What kind of sauce does that mean? I know it doesn't mean Tabasco, and that is the only kind I know of. Or is that what it means?(not big into hot sauces, I had been eating pretty bland til I found this site and realized I didn't have to) If anyone can enlighten me, please do!
