Lemon Chive Fettuccine

6 oz uncooked IBS safe fettucine noodles
1/3 cup toffuti sour cream
3 tbsp chopped fresh or 1 tbsp dried chives
1 tbsp grated lemon peel
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp IBS safe maragarine
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper

Cook fettucine as directed. Omit the salt in cooking. Mix all remaining ingredients, toss. serve

110 calories
2 g protein
1 g fat
